When executing a CA Easytrieve program, the above IEC130I message occurs.
Sometimes this is seen with an upgrade to Common Services 14.1 in which CA Easytrieve is not a fully licensed product.
With Common Services 14.1, the Easytrieve Product is now a separate installation. Therefore, the instructions in the CA Easytrieve Installation Guide must be followed, including running the job JOB06OP1. Without running this job, the EZOPTBL option file is not created and the IEC130I message results. Once the JOB06OP1 job is run to create the release 11.6 option file, then the DSN of that option file may be found in the member EZTINI of the release 11.6 CBAALOAD library by doing a find twice on 'EZTINI'.
