Issue:
When selecting the IS option from the CA DB2 Tools main menu, the following message was displayed: CA-Insight User session failed with RC=12 Ensure the post install steps have been completed before invoking the user interface.
Resolution:
INSIGHT CLIST was missing from the logon proc concatenation. Adding the CLIST INSIGHT to the logon concatenation resolved the problem.
