ADROUT file Directory is full.
A FUNC=SCAN with RC=8 indicates the ADROUT directory is full.
The directory can fill up even though the output file is not full.
This is especially true when the output file contains a large number of very small jobs and/or LIST statements.
Please, issue a DIS OUT ALL STATUS and see if there are any members that are LIST statements. These can most likely be removed.
also, issue a @I$UTIL OUT STATUS (or DIS LIB STA)....what percentage full is ADROUT?
If the Directory is too small you may increase the number of entries
by running SCPSUTIL EXPANDDIR using a SYSIN similar to:.
//SYSIN DD *:
EXPANDDIR PSS 0506.
The above will expand PSS System Name (PSS here) to 0506 entries (506 as an example here)
You need to close ADROUT in CICS when you run this.
