Logon to support.ca.com.
Click on Download Management.
Click on "Solution Downloads" tab and filter the search by typing the product name such as "CA Endevor Software Change Manager MVS" then click the release number.
You can filter the solution list by giving the Product release number, Service Pack, PTF release date, Component.
Once you find the solutions you need, Click Add to Cart - then click on Cart icon on the top right corner to view the Cart.
You will see the PTFs are now in your CART... now click on the Blue Button "Checkout"
You are now on the Cart Download Page, you will see your order number, Order status pending and download options showing "The package is being processed".
You will get an email from CA support with the subject "DOWNLOAD CART", open the email, click on the link to download the solutions. You will now find your order is ready. Click on HTTP VIA DLM.
Choose the CA recommended HTTP via Enhanced Download Manager option to download.
You will then get another pop-up to Save your file to your desktop scart#.zip... click save
You will see a pop-up from CA Download Manager... once the transfer is complete, click OK, you will now see the Download Complete message on the Download Status Page.
Now go to your desktop and double click on the scart#.zip, unzip the file into a folder, then upload to your mainframe. Once you have uploaded the PTFS you can then smp/e receive, apply and accept them.
