I get an error when attaching an Process Automation Manager (IT PAM) Workflow to a CA Service Desk Change Order:

"There is a problem accessing CA IT PAM Workflow - please try again or contact the administrator. Details: Error building authorization at http://<machine name> Port is invalid: -1".

Solution:

Make sure your CA IT PAM Workflow Options in the Service Desk options Manager settings are all correct.

Specifically check the option caextwf_eem_hostname. Make sure that this option is installed and set to the EEM hostname or IP address and not to the EEM url.

e.g. The format should be similar to 'caeemhost'. It should NOT be like http://caeemhost or https://caeemhost.
