Issue:

I deliver a SD package to install Microsoft OneDrive but it gets not installed on the target workstation, even if the job result is OK.

Environment:
Client Automation 14.0 and 14.0 SP1
Cause:

Some software may require user context interaction during the setup process in order to personalize their installation.

MS OneDrive is one of these applications and the SD package installing it, should be properly configured to allow the user interaction.

Resolution:

In order to allow user interaction during the installation process when delivering software using SD, please open the 'Options' tab of the installation Procedure properties.

In that pane, there is a checkbox named 'Enable user interaction (WinLH only)" which should be checked on to allow user interaction during the installation.

When the mentioned check was checked on, the SD job succeeded installing Microsoft OneDrive, which is a package that requires user interaction during the installation.
