Issue:
I cannot update an existing target account having an associated target application with an application type which has been changed from 'Generic' to 'Windows Remote'. 

An empty grey pane, like the one in the image, appears when trying either double click or selecting the target account and pressing the 'UPDATE' button.

The only  chance to leave this empty grey pane is pressing the ESC key, as nothing is visible inside it.

 
Environment:
Any hardware or software appliance running PAM Server 3.1.1
Resolution:
This is a known problem which has been solved in PAM 3.2.

So, please, update to PAM 3.2 to fix the reported problem.
