I am try to deploy CA File Master Plus to other LPAR and copy CDBILOAD by using IEBCOPY getting error as IGW01207E. How can I correct this error?

Introduction:

CA File Master Plus r10 packaged all 3 products such as CA File Master Plus MVS, CA File Master Plus DB2 & CA File Master Plus IMS.

By default installation, CDBILOAD library installed as PDSE.

Question:

I am try to copy CA File Master Plus CDBILOAD library using IEBCOPY and getting error as

How can I correct this error?

Answer:

By default CA File Master Plus r10 install CDBILOAD as PDSE.

Due to CA File Master Plus DB2 modules(FDNB, FDNC, FDND, FDNI, FDNL, FDNM, FDNR, FDNS, FDNU) must reside in a PDSE because of the way that the binder links LE/C component. 
When copy CDBILOAD to another load library then target load library must be allocated as PDSE.
