Issue: I am running IT Asset Manager Data Importer 14.1 When i run a new job, it hangs with the job status on Processing.
Resolution: Check the log file, ITAMImportService.log, in folder C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\ITAM\Data Importer Engine\logs
Check for error: You cannot change the model associated with the asset.
If this error exists you must verify the asset model in the data file matches the asset model in the IT Asset Manager application. The model can not be changed running the Data Importer.
