I am new to the PAM product. Where are the Process automation tutorial and samples? What is the best way to learn Process Automation?
All the samples processes are provided in the PAM UI. After loggigg in click the "browse out of the box content" button. This will allow you to view the "PAM_PredefinedContent". I recommend starting with the "Getting Started" folder and working your way down. On the PAM UI homespage you can also select "View tutorials. There is only a couple video tutorials but they may also help. In regards to learning and using the product I would also recommend the following resources. 1. The PAM Community: https://communities.ca.com/web/ca-process-automation-global-user-community/message-board/ 2. PAM Product Homepage http://www.ca.com/us/support/ca-support-online/support-by-product/ca-process-automation.aspx I would also suggest reading over the different 4.3 online guides including the getting started guide and the Building and Using guides if you will be designing processes. https://docops.ca.com/ca-process-automation/4-3/en We also offer PAM installation and process design courses. Please contact your CA Account team to discuss PAM scheduled courses.
