The message below is noticed when logging into OCE console.

Error message: HTTP-403 The server portion of OneClickEH (the "CMI") seems to be broken

Solution:

The error message is actually noticed while logging into the OneClick console when you have a proxy setting enabled in the Internet Explorer options.

Disabling the proxy setting from Internet Options should resolve this issue.
