While logging to ENTM, the following error appears

In this use case ENTM is configured to use Active Directory as the user store and has hundreds of UNAB endpoints configured.

The cause for the above error message is that the TIBCO Message Queue is not able to process any further requests.

Resolution:

- On the ENTM Server stop the Message Queue Service if running

- Go to the location where Message Queue is installed and go the datastore location.

  MessageQueue-->tibco-->cfgmgmt-->ems-->data-->datastore

  e.g. C:\Program Files\CA\AccessControlServer\MessageQueue\tibco\cfgmgmt\ems\data\datastore

- View the size of the 'async-msgs' and 'sync-msgs' Database files, in case these are large in size 2GB or higher, either move these to a different location or delete these files

- Start the Message Queue and recycle 'JBoss Service' , 'CA ControlMinder Web Service' & 'CA ControlMinder Connector Server (Java)' services

Once the services start up successfully, login to the 'TIBCO Enterprise Message Service Administration Tool' as well as 'ENTM' should be successful.
