HTTP 500 Internal server error when trying to copy a Benefit Plan, Cost Plan or any other Object with the Copy function Enabled

When all of the fields in the Benefit Plan List or Cost Plan List (Or any other Object with the Copy function enabled) are set to not allow editing, an Error HTTP 500 Internal server error message pops up when trying to copy the plan/object.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Go to the Benefit Plan object 
  2. Click 'Views' tab 
  3. Click 'Fields' link for Benefit Plan list 
  4. Click Properties icon for each field and uncheck 'Allow Editing' 
  5. Click Save button 
  6. Navigate to the Benefit Plan List View on any project.  
  7. Select a Benefit Plan and click on 'Copy Benefit Plan' 
Expected Results: The plan/object is copied successfully
Actual Results: Receive Error HTTP 500 Internal server error and the new plan/object is not created

This issue is caused by DE39850

Workaround: Make at least one field editable in the list view by clicking on the Properties icon for the field and checking 'Allow Editing'
