When attempting to login to ABA Webview, an HTTP 500 Error is received:


   Problem accessing /. 

Reason:


 com/ca/apm/analytics/common/IAnalyticsService 

Caused by:


 	java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/ca/apm/analytics/common/IAnalyticsService 	
 	at 	
 	com.wily.introscope.webapps.common.ConsoleBridge.isAnalyticsRegistered(Console 	
 	Bridge.java:947) 	
 	at org.apache.jsp.index_jsp._jspService(org.apache.jsp.index_jsp:148) 	
 	at org.apache.jasper.runtime.HttpJspBase.service(HttpJspBase.java:109)

 	org.mortbay.jetty.bio.SocketConnector$Connection.run(SocketConnector.java:228)

Solution:

Take the following steps to resolve this problem:

  1. Remove all the *jar.<date> files from the ..\webview\plugins directory.

  2. Directly copy the 3 jar files from the ABA add-on package distribution to the …\webview\plugins directory

  3. Add feature.xml to the ..\webview\features\com.ca.apm.introscope.workstation.webapp.feature_9.5.0 folder

  4. Flush out the ..\webview\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi folder

  5. Restart the WebView server

  6. Webview should now be available.
