Question:
A backend response on a HTTP 1.0 request is longer than 9000 characters is divided into 2 buffers, the 1st 9000 ASCII characters being long. Why is this happening? The client does not understand that the buffer has been split.
Answer:
Adding 'socketBuffer=16384' as advance property to listening port increased buffer size.

Default socket buffer size is 9000 bytes. This can be customized using Listen Port advanced properties settings.
Please follow the below steps from SSM:
1. Tasks -> Transport -> Manage Listen Ports
2. Open List Port Properties dialog for any HTTPS port.
3. Select Advanced tab in it.
4. Add property inside the Advanced Properties section: socketBuffer=16384
Here, socketBuffer is the name of the property.
