Issue:

When I check the hsync.log I see the following error logs:

E03020028: The File Agent error for item <server>\\<path>\harvest.sig : Can't open signature file.

Environment:

Harvest 12.5 client

Cause:

harvest.sig file was being included in checkouts. Error gone since the moment that the .sig file was not delivered.

Resolution:

Do not include harvest.sig as part of checkouts
