Introduction:
General Steps for Virtualizing an Application Server in DevTest
Environment:
All supported DevTest releases and platforms
Instructions:
You will want to use the Workstation Recorder. In general:
1. Name the vsi and vsm files
2. Select the correct protocal
3. Point your proxy server to the Workstation Recorder.
4. Point the Workstation recorder to the S3 app server (this will be the normal configuration for the proxy server).
5. Configure SSL.
6. Send all transactions that need to be recorded.
7. Complete the recording (build the vsi and vsm files)
8. Modify the vsi and/or vsm as needed.

These properties can be set in the local.properties:
lisa.http.webProxy.host=
lisa.http.webProxy.nonProxyHosts=
lisa.http.webProxy.port=
lisa.http.webProxy.ssl.host=
lisa.http.webProxy.ssl.nonProxyHosts=
isa.http.webProxy.ssl.port=
