Based on userid how to define Archive and Purge rule.
How to remove request from call request table which are created by a specific user id?

Step 1 : Login to ServiceDesk as an Administrator.
Step 2 : Click on the Administration Tab.
Step 3 : Expand Archive and Purge -> Select Archive and Purge Rules.
Step 4 : Click on the Create New button to create a new rule.
Step 5 : To archive and purge based on a particular Reported By userid then in the Additional query field enter
log_agent.userid = \'Administrator\'
Step 6 : Save and run the rule.
This will archive and purge the requests based on the query specified.
