How to update the Function Access for "Stored Query?"

This is needed to enable the CA Mobile App for end users.
Environment:
CA SDM and CA ITSM
Answer:
The Function Access has additional rows that may be seen by:
  • Use of the Scroll Bar to see further results
  • Use of the "Search" function to filter on a result
Function Access - Stored Query

To update the Function Access for Stored Query:
  1. Service Desk Manager, "Administration" tab
  2. Security and Role Management
  3. Role Management
  4. Role List and select appropriate Role eg Administrator
  5. Additional Information tab, Function Access sub-tab
  6. Show Filter, enter Function "Stored Query" and search
  7. Click the "Edit in List" button
  8. Change "Access Level" to "View" or "Modify" as appropriate, with a Comment
  9. Save
