Inside OneClick expand Task and Information -> expand Setup -> Select Advanced Logging -> Inside Advanced Logging you will select the component in which you wish to collect from -> Make note where the advanced log is going to be stored and Select Apply.
You will now open the WebUI page and Select Administration -> Advanced logging -> Check off Remove old log files and click Apply.
Select Advanced Logging again -> Check off admin and Select Apply.
After performing a Discovery of the device you will run the following command to gather the log files:
nhGetSupportInfo -type "web"
