How to start the SLA time when the ticket is saved, rather than, when the Create ticket button is clicked?

Introduction:

When the set_sla_evt_open_date option is installed, SLA time starts from when you click on request form not on saving the form. 

 

Environment:
Service Desk Manager 12.9 / 14.1 / 17
Instructions:

When uninstalling the set_sla_evt_open_date SLA time starts from saving the form operation, using the last modified date instead of open date. So it means that the SLA time will start only on Ticket save operation.
