Answer:
Below are the steps which need to follow while retrieving the customer IP address for a transaction inside CA Transaction Manager :


Step 1 : Login to CA transaction Manager Admin Console

Step 2 : Select Transaction Report By Cardnumber​  under  Transaction Reports​

-- Enter the card number / Proxy Pan.
-- Select the Transaction date and click on Submit.

Step 4 : 
After clicking submit button,transaction report page will appear.In that Page you can find the Cardholder IP address.
