If you know for sure that you need to login with administrator/marmite (default when installing) and they are the correct username/password to use, but you are receiving an 'invalid username/password' error, you can user the resolution steps below. You may receive this error if at some point Datamaker was configured with Active Directory, or the password was changed by a past user. Since we need to go into the gtrep database and reset the password using a query, we recommend working with a DBA to execute this.
For SQL and Oracle:
1. In the database management tool for your repository gtrep database, run the following query:
update gtrep_security_user set su_password='ZNC5eoXC858EiS8F+gVtt0fL-jn2mWYxIIGygx6gM+TV' where su_name='Administrator';
2. Launch Datamaker again and login with administrator/marmite. It should be successful.
