How to remove the Report an Issue function from the USS user interface
To avoid unwanted or prohibit this functionaliuty from within the USS-UI.
Environment:
Windows.
Answer:
1. Browse into folder (or similar) 
C:\Program Files\CA\Self Service\OSOP\tomcat-7.0.40\webapps\openspace-portlet\html\portlet\navigationTiles
2. Make a copy of the original view.jsp, ootb file into a 'save place'.
3. Open the view.jsp file(with notepad):
4. Search for 'if(isCatalogOn == true)' 
5. Change (around line 175)
from:
<!-- Need help to fix something/Report Issue -->
<% if(isCatalogOn == true)
{
%>
into:
<!-- Need help to fix something/Report Issue -->
<% if(isCatalogOn == true && 0==1)
{
%>

6. Save the file.
7. Restart the 'CA Unified Self-Service Server' service
8. Login to the USS-UI and confirm, from within the Home page, the 'Report an Issue' does not show.
