Introduction:

There may be times when you need to manually view information directly from UAR databases. This document provides the commands to access "hot" databases and "Archived" databases.

Please Note:

You should never perform these commands on databases that are "live" on a system. Access should be done on copies of the databases outside the archive, hot and raw directories. Tampering and/or accessing live data can cause corruption and flag databases as tampered.

Question:

Can we access hot and archive databases with sqlite3 command?

Environment:
LinuxAll UAR versions
Answer:

for hot database:

#/opt/CA/SharedComponents/iTechnology/sqlite3 /data/hot/<hot database>
