Question:

How can I delete the Workload tracking file on UNIX/LINUX via SQL commands?

 

Environment:
Unicenter NSM 3.1 SP1 0703 on UNIX/LINUX
Answer:

- cautil stop autosub

- unishutdown all 

As the <root> user run the following procedure:

- cd $CAIGLBL0000/cadb/system

- caidb start cashdb

- ./sql

   connect to cashdb;

   delete from ca7.strecord;         # Jobset Tracking

   delete from ca7.jtrecord;         # Job Tracking

   delete from ca7.psrtcord;         # Jobset & job Predecessor Tracking

   delete from ca7.prtecord;         # Job Parms Tracking

   delete from ca7.trtecord;         # Triggers Tracking

   delete from ca7.strscord;         # Jobset Tracking Simulation

   delete from ca7.jtrscord;         # Job Tracking Simulation

   delete from ca7.psrscord;         # Job Predecessor Tracking Simulation

   delete from ca7.genecord;         # Autoscan

   release;

   quit;

- caidb stop cashdb

- unistart all

- cautil start autosub
