Answer:
It is necessary to create a data partition as follows:
1. Go to the Administration tab->Security and Role Management->Data Partition->Data Partition Constraint
2. Create a new data partition for the desire users with the following settings:
Type: Update
Table: Call_Req
Constraint: status='CL'
3. Save the changes and test in the mobile app.
