Questions:

We would to define a more generic name “EZB.” for SERVAUTH resource name.

What is the command to define “EZB.” as SERVAUTH resource name?
And do we need to assign owner to it?

And what is the command to remove it if later on we decide to remove it and add something else.

Answer:

If you already have EZB.xxxx, you will need to add the UNDERCUT keyword.

TSS ADD(owngingacid) SERVAUTH(EZB.)

This will now make the above the new owner for all resources that start with EZB.

Yes you do need to define it to an owner. An owner is generally an acid a site decides will be owner for their protected Top Secret resources.

Issue a TSS WHOOWNS SERVAUTH(*) to show who are the owners for your SERVAUTH resources. Use that acid for your EZB. ownership.
