How to Notify the Supervisor of the assignee in a ticket?

Answer:

Please follow below steps in creating new Activity Association for Assignee Supervisor:

1. Go to Administration -> Notifications -> -> Object Contact Notifications" > Click on "Create New"

2. In the "Object Contact Notifications" window, enter the symbol as "Assignee Supervisor", Object Type as "Request/Incident/Problem", Object Attribute name as          "assignee.supervisor_contact_uuid" and click "Save".

3. You will now see "supervisor" as an Object Attribute to select for "Multiple Notification Macros" and "Activity Notification Macros".
