lock/unlock a PAN/Card inside CA Transaction Manager
How to lock/unlock a PAN/Card inside CA Transaction Manager ?
CA Transaction Manager 7.x and Above.
Below are the steps which need to follow while Enabling / Disabling the card :
Step 1 : Login to CA transaction Manager Admin Console
Step 2 : Select Cardholder account Inquiry under Cardholder Configuration
Step 3 : Enter the Card Number.
Step 4 :
If the Enabled field is selected that means card is in Unlocked state.
If the Enabled field is not selected that means card is in Locked state.
You have to tick or untick the Enabled field based on the request.
