How to import the Website Certificate so the following error does not pop up every time the Admin UI is launched.
"There is a problem with this website's security certificate"
Click on "Continue to this website (not recommended)."
Once you get to the ADMIN UI page you will see a "Certificate Error" button
Click on View Certificate
This will open a new window where you can see the certificate details; you can click on "Install Certificate" to start the import process
Once you click on the install Cert, at the next window click next
You will need to click on radio button next "Place all Certificates in the following Store" and click on the "Browse" button.Select "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" from the list and click OK
Click on Finish and you should see the success message shown below.
Once you have imported the Certificate successfully, need to close out the browser and open the Admin UI again.
Note: the certificate that has been imported is attached to your machine name and NOT "localhost" you will need to change the URL of the Admin UI to saythe actual machine name for the error not to show up again. The URL should be http://MachineName:5250/spin/eiam.
You can follow the document "How to change the default URL of the Admin UI Shortcut" to change the localhost in the link to the machine name.
