In the customer webinterface is a link called "Live Chat" to request a Support Automation session with an analyst?
But how can an analyst invite a customer to a session?
Answer:
Login as an analyst
open the ticket
open the TAB "Logs"
open the subTAB "Support Automation"
Here you find the button "Invite End User"
