This Document deals with identifying the version of Support Bridge. Many clients may face difficulty in knowing the version they are using.


  1. Login to SQL Enterprise Manager.

  2. Expand the Databases tab to see the "SupportBridge" tables at the right pane and find the table "CF1Version" to right click and click "Return all rows" tab.

  3. You could see the version in the DBVersion column "". "CF1Version" is the table which has the information about the version.
