Environment:
CA Spectrum 9.x; 10.x
Instructions:

from: $SPECROOT/tomcat/webapps/spectrum/WEB-INF/alarm/config/

to: $SPECROOT/custom/alarm/config/ directory

2. Edit the column-troubleticketid-config.xml file located in $SPECROOT/custom/alarm/config/ directory as follows:

------

<swing-cell-template>

<text>

<renderer>

<param name="includeHTMLTag">true</param>

com.aprisma.spectrum.app.alarm.client.render.TroubleTicketIDRenderer

</renderer>

<expression>

value() != null &amp;&amp; value().toString() != null ?

value().toString().replace( "Request/Incident ", "" ) : value()

</expression>

</text>

</swing-cell-template>

------

Attention: Just the following lines will be added in the column-troubleticketid-config.xml file:

<expression>

value() != null &amp;&amp; value().toString() != null ?

value().toString().replace( "Request/Incident ", "" ) : value()

</expression>

3. Save the changes.

4. Launch OneClick Console again.

Note: Have in mind that this will suppress the "Request/Incident" string only in oneclick console screen. The string will continue to exist in database
