While searching parent category how to get the list of all sub categories tickets which are under same parent category?
Example: If there is a sub category called 'Microsoft' under parent category 'Software', the search results should list all tickets from parent category and all sub categories.
All Service Desk versions.
We can achieve the desired results by adding a '%' sign after the Parent Category under the 'Request Area' search filter as shown in the below image.
