Introduction:
When migrating BOXI server to JasperSoft Reports server, it would be interesting to know from all the existing reports created which are mostly used and which are not used from long time so customer can focus on the migration of the most important reports instead of all of them.
Question:
How to get a list of all reports created in BOXI and also last time they have run?
Environment:
CA Business Intelligence (BOXI) 4.x
Answer:
There is nothing out-of-the-box to get this kind of information at BOXI.

The Instance Manager available under BOXI Central Management Console (CMC) would list the instances of the executed reports. There it is also possible to filter by the ones which status results were success, failed, etc. But this will list only the instances of reports that were scheduled, and not for the ones executed manually.

Note that BOXI reports information are stored at both the BOXI database and file system (e.g., ?\Program Files (x86)\CA\SC\CommonReporting4\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\FileStore\Input), so it could be possible to know which reports were last run by checking and sorting by timestamps of report files, or checking directly at BOXI database tables and creating queries against them, either accessing directly the database server or using BOXI Query Builder (e.g. http://localhost:8080/AdminTools).
