How to force NFA harvester to bind to a particular NIC on distributed environment?

Introduction:
There are two or more NIC's on Harvester machine
Environment:
NFA 9.3.x
Instructions:
1) Logon on NFA Console machine:

a) Stop all NFA Console Services

b) Remove files from:
:\CA\NFA\REPORTER\datafiles\input
:\CA\NFA\REPORTER\datafiles\input\Staging

2) Procedure for all Harvester machines:

a) Stop Harvester Services

b) run mysql
use harvester

update parameter_descriptions set defaultValue='10.159.126.62' where parameter='harvesterIPAddress';
use poller
update routers set State='InitialPoll', stateretry=0, reboottime=0 where state ='RebootRefresh';

Note: For latest NFA version there is no poller database so run:
use harvester
update routers set PollState='InitialPoll', stateretry=0, reboottime=0 where PollState ='RebootRefresh';

c) Remove files from:
:\CA\NFA\Netflow\datafiles\HarvesterWork
:\CA\NFA\Netflow\datafiles\NFMInput
:\CA\NFA\Netflow\datafiles\ReaperInput
:\CA\NFA\Netflow\datafiles\ReaperWork

d) Check the Network card binding order in Advanced Setting on:
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing Center
Select Change adapter settings
Alt/Advenced/Advenced Settings/Adapter and Bindings
See NIC priority in Connections and move to up

e) Start Harvester Services

3) On NFA Console machine and start all NFA Console Services
