How to enable the debug/trace level logging for the CA Service Desk Manager (SDM) maileater in 17.1 release?
1) Make a backup of NX_ROOT/site/cfg/logback.xml  file
2) Edit the file NX_ROOT/site/cfg/logback.xml now and identify:

<root level=""INFO"">
<appender-ref ref=""rollingFileAppender""/>

3) Change this to look like:

<root level=""TRACE"">
<appender-ref ref=""rollingFileAppender""/>

4) Save the file
5) With in 5 minutes you should see debug logs being spit out to NX_ROOT/log/mail_nxd.log and maileater_nxd.log
6) To reset it back to default log level (INFO),  change <root level=""TRACE"">  to <root level=""INFO"">   in logback.xml and
Save the file.  No restarts are needed.  Change should be effective after 5 minutes.
