How to enable Non Resident Inventory Agent(NRI) logging?

 

Environment: 

CA Client Automation - All Versions            

                         

 

Answer:

Browse to the "%Program Files%\CA\DSM\Web Console\webapps\wac\jsp\ei\wl\scripts"

folder on the Domain Manager and open 1basic.wlscr using 'Notepad'.

Add the following at the end of the file and save it:

[Advanced] 
   KeepWorkArea=1 

When the NRI agent runs, you should be able to see 'cmNriPrimer.log' in the %temp% folder on the agent.
