1) Follow these steps to edit CA PPM application Logger Configuration:
a. Login to CA PPM application as an admin user
c. Click on Edit Configuration
d. Scroll down to Category and click Add Category
e. Type the component name: com.niku.union.notification into the Other Name window
f. Change Appender to STDOUT.
g. Change the Priority drop down box to debug.
h. Click the Save button.
i. If "Detect Log Configuration Changes Automatically" flag is NOT checked stop and start the BG and APP services
j. If multiple application servers please ensure you repeat d ~ j steps above.
2) Generate email notification by running a process with Action Items or schedule report with notification on completion.
3) Do it a few times on different application to kick start emails to be sent out
Note: Turning on the debugger degrades the performance of the application. So after getting the logs please turn debugger off.
