Introduction:
How to disable user in CA eHealth to prevent access
Background:
To limit user access to existing applications we can take a few actions. Change their password to an unknown one, disable the user, or delete the user.
Environment:
All supported CA eHealth releases
Instructions:
In the OneClick client log into an eHealth host.

Under theĀ Tasks and Information area is the User Administration area.

Select User Administration and it will list all known users.

Select a single user, select all users or select multiple users and right click to see the options available.

Choose the desired option to take the desired action.

The CA eHealth release has reached End Of Life (EOL) as of May 31st, 2018.
