How to disable the ability to edit ticket's Activity Log entries within CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM)

There is an OOTB option that will disable the ability to edit ticket's Activity Log entries within CA SDM - "activity_log_security".

This option is located at ADMINISTRATION->OPTIONS MANAGER->REQUEST-CHANGE-ISSUE

Edit this option and set it to "Write Protected [WRITE_NEW]" and recycle the CA SDM service for the changes to take effect.
