Question:

OPAZ URL monitoring works well with WCC 11.3 SP1.

In WCC 11.4 SP3, the encrypted passwords in the browser session change for every single logon. This is a problem for TOPAZ.

In TOPAZ URL monitoring, a script records the first login and this captured encrypted Password is used going forward.

Environment:

CA WCC 11.4

Answer:

WCC 11.4 encrypts passwords using RSA together with the time stamp from WCC server. That's why it's different for each login.

Passwords are not encrypted in WCC 11.3.

To disable password encryption, execute the following command in WCC SMC:

insert_global_preference: CONFIG

config_env_expectAntiCSRFToken: false
