How to create and submit an Idea to improve CA Workload Automation products.

Introduction:

Customers are encouraged to post Ideas at CA Workload Automation User Community. This allows the user community to vote and comment on the ideas they like the best. Ideas are reviewed by the Product Managers of Workload Automation to determined if they are feasible and possible to include into a future release of the product.

Instructions:

To Submit an Idea (Enhancement/Feature Request) to the CA Workload Automation User Community:

1.    Login or Register to the CA Communities

Note: The link directs you to https://communities.ca.com/

2.    Once you have access, navigate to the  CA Workload Automation Communities page

Note: The link directs you to https://communities.ca.com/community/ca-workload-automation

3.   Click the 'Actions' drop down menu at the top right of the page and select 'Idea'

4. Enter idea title and provide a description of the idea.

5. The 'Publish Location' should be set to CA Workload Automation

6. Select the relevant product Categories

7. Click 'Create Idea'
