Clarity PPM: How to Create an Enhancement Request - ERQ for Suggestions to Improve

Introduction:
If the product is working as designed, but there are reasons to suggest otherwise, customers are encouraged to post ideas/enhancements to the Clarity PPM application.

 
Background:

All Clarity PPM community users were previously able to log ideas at https://communities.ca.com/community/ca-ppm
Once an idea was created, any community user would be able to vote and comment on the idea.
The procedure has now changed.


 

 

Instructions:


The new procedure is to have one voting representative from the company be nominated.
Once nominated, the nominee's name and email address will need to be provided and sent to clarity@broadcom.com.

From there, they will be provided access to the site https://clarity.brightidea.com, where they can create and view submitted ideas and check up on the status.
