Question:

How to configure the integration with CCA 12.8.3 and CA SDM/CMDB? 

 

Answer:

To change configuration, navigate to the Administration section in the CCA UI.

Under the Configuration tab, in the Properties subtab, find

Group:  

sdm

Name:

server.name

admin.user 

admin.password

Value:

Enter the values for the CA SDM/CMDB server hostname, username and password to log into the Service Desk UI.

 

Additional Information:

There is an option available where the integration can be reconfigured to export the CIs into TWA (Transaction Work Area).

After any change:

Recycle the CCA Server Service for the change to take effect.

Execute the SDM Integration job, and verify that CIs appear in CMDB or TWA.
