Transaction Manager 7 and above.
Instructions:
This document will help in changing time zone in CA Transaction Manager Administrator Console.

Step 1: Login into CA Transaction Admin Console.

Step 2: Click on Update Profile.

Update Profile

Step 3: Click on Update Profile --> Under Report Preferences --> Click on Local Time Zone and select the time.

Change Time
Step 4: Click on Submit.
