Question:
How to change the Support Automation warning box prompt message "Support Automation is currently closed. Please contact Service Desk Administrator." 
Environment:
CA Service Desk Manager 14.1 or 17.x
All Supported Operating Systems
Answer:
1. Copy the file MSG_CAT_SITE.JS from NX_ROOT\bopcfg\www\wwwroot\scripts to NX_ROOT\site\mods\www\wwwroot\scripts on the CA Service Desk Manager server

2. Open the file with a text editor and enter the following lines: 

__messages["SA_Closed"]="Support Automation is currently closed. Please contact Service Desk Administrator."; 

3. Alter the messages as desired.  For example:

__messages["SA_Closed"]="Support Automation is currently closed. Please try again later during normal business hours."; 

4. Save the changes to the file 

5. Run the following command on the CA Service Desk Manager server 

pdm_webcache 

6. Clear web browser cache and check to see if the updated message appears.
