We have Spectrum and CA PC integrated and from the Spectrum context menu, when launching the CA PC item, the ip address in the URL displayed in the web browser is not correct.
In the browser we have:
however the correct ip address is:
192.168.0.136 is the address of a secondary interface on CAPC box, but it is not reachable to users.
How can we change that IP address?
1. Check the CAPC_URL_Prefix attribute of NetqosIntegrationManager model that you should have on your Spectrum machine.
2. It should contain the URL of your CAPC server box.
3. Correct the IP address and restart OC server.
