How can a user add a Workflow Task to a created Request manually?
A user can add a workflow task to an existing Request by following these steps:
1. Open the Request that you would like to add a new Workflow Task to.
2. Navigate to the 'Relationships' tab.
3. Navigate to the 'Workflow Tasks' sub-tab.
4. Select the 'Insert Tasks' button.
5. Populate fields as necessary, including an assignee for the new task.
